Welcome to CheatCoders.net (“CheatCoders,” “we,” “us”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website and its educational programming content. By using the site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of terms

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use CheatCoders. We may update these Terms from time to time; the version posted on this page is the one that applies. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

2. About the content

CheatCoders publishes educational articles about software engineering, AWS and cloud architecture, JavaScript/Node.js, Python, system design, debugging, and related developer topics. Content is for learning and discussion. It is not a substitute for professional consulting, security audits, or production runbooks tailored to your systems.

3. Intellectual property

Unless noted otherwise, posts, graphics, and other original materials on CheatCoders are owned by Logeshwaran / CheatCoders. You may link to posts and quote short excerpts with attribution and a link back to the source. You may not republish full articles, scrape the site for commercial datasets, or present our content as your own without prior written permission.

Code snippets are shared for learning. Use them at your own risk; always review, test, and adapt them for your environment and licenses of any third-party libraries involved.

4. User conduct

When you comment, subscribe, or otherwise interact with the site, you agree not to:

  • Post spam, malware links, or deceptive content;
  • Harass others or share unlawful material;
  • Attempt to disrupt the site, scrape aggressively, or bypass security controls;
  • Misrepresent your identity in a way that harms others or the site.

We may remove content or restrict access that violates these rules.

5. Third-party links, tools, and affiliates

Posts may link to third-party sites, cloud consoles, docs, or products. We do not control those sites. Some links may be affiliate or sponsored; see our Disclaimer & Affiliate Disclosure for details. Your use of third-party services is between you and that provider.

6. Disclaimers

Content is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Cloud pricing, APIs, and best practices change quickly. Always verify against current AWS (or other vendor) documentation and your own testing before shipping to production.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CheatCoders and its author are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or reliance on any content. If liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of fees you paid us (if any) in the prior twelve months or a nominal amount allowed by law.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where the site operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that jurisdiction shall have exclusive venue for disputes that cannot be resolved informally, unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
